Chancellor's Instructor Publishes Book

Art Bowker, an instructor in the Criminal Justice Program here and currently a Cyber Crimes expert with the U.S. Probation Department, recently published a book, entitled The Cyber Crime Handbook for Community Corrections; Managing Offender Risk in the 21st Century. Mr. Bowker has written numerous articles on this topic and is a life-time member of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA). He writes a blog, the Three C’s (Computers, Crime and Corrections at and teaches Cyber Crimes, a Criminal Justice elective here at Chancellor.
