Online Faculty Training & Development
The Online Faculty Training & Development Department of Chancellor University is dedicated to preparing and supporting online faculty members in successfully facilitating online courses.
Online Faculty Training & Development is committed to improving the quality and experience of the online classroom with a student-centered focus, effective resources, quality assurance, and a collaborative learning environment.
Interested candidates please
complete the online application, and submit a cover letter indicating the preferred area(s) of instruction along with a resume to FacultyServices@ChancellorU.edu.

click here to complete the online application. Online faculty training consists of a three-week training course, covering the following topics and includes Completion of assignments that demonstrate knowledge of these areas:
- Learning Management System navigation.
- Classroom Expectations.
- Classroom Requirements.
- Content, Resources, and Tools.
Upon completion of training, online faculty will:
- Know the experiential learning model
- Understand ANGEL navigation, features, and functions
- Understand policy, procedure, and effective classroom management
- Know how to use quality resources and materials
- Know your role in the learning process of the online student
- Be eligible for an online faculty contract
