Prof. Jason Wood
Mr. Jason Wood is the College of Business (COB) Undergraduate Program Chair and the Lead Faculty in Accounting at the rank of Assistant Professor. Mr. Wood is student-focused and helps students achieve their educational potential.
Mr. Wood has over 15 years of global, public accounting experience, primarily with the Big Four Accounting Firms. Mr. Wood also has over 6 years of academic teaching experience at various institutions where he has adjunct taught many accounting, accounting information system, and forensic accounting courses.
Mr. Wood is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas and New York; Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP); Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).
Mr. Wood has a Master of Business Administration in Information Assurance from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
Mr. Wood is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); New York State Society of CPAs (NYSCPAs); Information Systems Audit and Controls Association (ISACA); Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE); and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Mr. Wood is the past Chairman of the Board for the Rochester Chapter of the IIA, and is a past international board member of the IIA Advanced Technology Committee.
Mr. Wood is the President of the Central New York Chapter of ISACA. Mr. Wood is also on the Board and Finance Committee for the Epilepsy Foundation. Mr. Wood is a sought-after speaker and consultant at professional associations and public/private companies.

Steve Kerr
Steve Kerr is the Provost of Chancellor University. He was a managing director and chief learning officer at Goldman Sachs from 2001 to 2006. From 1994 to 2001, he was General Electric's vice president of corporate leadership development and chief learning officer, and he led GE's renowned leadership-education center at Crotonville, New York. Before that he was on the business school faculties of The Ohio State University, the University of Michigan, and the University of Southern California, where he was dean of the faculty and director of the Ph.D. program. Kerr is a member of the board of directors of Harvard Business Publishing, the Motley Fool, and the Miami Children's Hospital Foundation, and is on the advisory board of the Wharton School/University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education program in learning leadership. He is a former president of the Academy of Management, the world's largest association of academicians in management. His writings on leadership and "on the folly of rewarding A, while hoping for B" are among the most cited and reprinted in the management sciences. His most recent book is Reward Systems (Harvard Business Press, 2009).

Dr. Nancy Morales-Adams
Dr. Morales-Adams is an assistant professor of management for Chancellor University. Before coming to Chancellor University, Dr. Morales-Adams spent over 20 years in the corporate environment, most recently being employed y one of the top pharmaceutical organizations. She has also worked in the entertainment, financial, and marketing industries. Her academic experience includes working as an adjunct faculty member for two universities. Dr. Morales-Adams received her BS from Concordia University in Business Management, MBA from Manhattan College, and Doctorate from the University of Phoenix Online in Organizational Management and Leadership. Dr. Morales-Adams is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green belt. She gives back to her community through her participation in the Latino American Alliance of Northeastern Pennsylvania where she is Vice President of Education. In this role, she runs programs focused on teaching youth leadership skills.

Dr. Douglas LePelley
Douglas M. LePelley, Ph.D. has been with Chancellor since March of 2010, and serves as Lead Faculty and as an Associate Professor of Business, College of Business for Chancellor University. Dr. LePelley has over 32 years of professional experience with a focus on strategy / business development (Mergers & Acquisitions) and alignment work, as well as organizational design, leadership development, coaching and consulting and process reengineering. Dr. LePelley began his career as an engineer - hardware and software test methods - but found a calling in project management using Deming-based Total Quality Management methods. As part of a new product team early in Dr. LePelley's career while at Rockwell International and The Allen Bradley Co., Doug was fortunate to learn TQM from Mr. W. Edwards Deming himself.
Dr. LePelley brings to Chancellor business development experiences from some of the best companies in the world including; GE, Rockwell International - Allen Bradley Co., Lockheed Martin, IBM (worldwide), Parker Hannifin, Lenovo (in China), Hitachi (in Japan), 3M-Imation, Sun Microsystems, Motorola, Philip Morris - Kraft & Nabisco Foods, A&P Superstores, Baxter Healthcare, Morgan Stanley / Dean Witter, Towers Perrin, Owens Corning and others. Dr. LePelley is a frequent speaker and consultant with recent work being completed for Homeland Security & Preparedness in Washington DC. Dr. LePelley is active in research - mostly leadership and organizational development research - and has served as chairman and or mentor on over 20 doctoral dissertations.
Dr. LePelley earned his undergraduate degree in Business & Finance from Hiram College, Hiram Ohio, a Master's degree in Organizational Analysis & Development from the Weatherhead School of Management, CASE Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, an additional Master's degree in Leadership Development and his Ph.D. in Leadership & Organizational Systems, from The Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, CA.

Dr. Theresa Billiot
Dr. Billiot is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Chancellor University. Prior to joining the faculty at Chancellor University, Dr. Billiot pursued her doctorate at Texas Tech University with a research agenda in sport and electronic media which led to collaboration with the National Football League. This research was undertaken to pursue current professional sport industry concerns and to help bridge the gap between theory and application. Prior to that, Dr. Billiot served as a Solutions Manager for Clear Channel Radio in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami market. As a Solutions Manager for Clear Channel, she assisted in developing marketing strategies for local and regional businesses in the areas of creating content-driven messages, structuring schedules to maximize frequency and reach, and utilizing media platforms effectively such as outdoor, terrestrial radio, and Internet platforms. Dr. Billiot was also previously employed for the Florida Panthers, a National Hockey League franchise, as a New Business Executive to sell season seat and luxury suite packages. In addition to her doctorate, Dr. Billiot has a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, a Master of Arts in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Nicholls State University.

Dr. Dmitry Suspitsin
Dr. Dmitry Suspitsin joined Chancellor University in November 2010, with a dual appointment as Director of Institutional Research and Professor of International Education Management Studies in the College of Business. Dr. Suspitsin holds a double major Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration and Comparative and International Education with a minor in Business Administration and a Certificate in Institutional Research from the Pennsylvania State University. In addition, he is a collaborating scholar in the University at Albany-based Program for Research on Private Higher Education (PROPHE) funded by the Ford Foundation, has recently taught in the M.S. Program in Global and International Education at Drexel University, has authored numerous grants, and received both national and international fellowships. His academic interests include the worldwide emergence and development of private sectors in education and private universities' relationships with the nation-state, public universities, and other societal actors and institutions. Specifically, Dr. Suspitsin's research focuses on the role of strategic management initiatives of private colleges and universities in their acquisition and maintenance of social and economic fitness and organizational legitimacy. Mr. Suspitsin's publications appear in the Encyclopedia of Higher Education in the United States, in International Higher Education, and in edited books.
