Annual Scholarships
Chancellor
University and Community Colleges of Spokane award two full ride scholarships
annually towards bachelor's degrees, valued at between $23,100-$25,500*. The
Scholarship Committee is composed of five Chancellor Alumni who meet and review
each submission separately and fairly. Chancellor
University Faculty and Staff do not view the information and have no say in the
scholarship selection process. (*estimated
based on tuition of $385/credit hour)
If you are interested in applying, please
read the requirements below and submit your transcript, essay and resume below
by July 1. Winners will be announced by August 1 and must enroll and begin
classes with the Fall I session of the same year.
Scholarship requirements:
- Graduate of Community
Colleges of Spokane with an associate's degree and a minimum GPA of
a 3.5.
- Submit a 500-word essay covering four topics to the
scholarship committee (see link below):
- How will earning a bachelor degree at Chancellor
help you on your career path?
- Why do you think you are a good candidate for the
scholarship?
- How does earning a bachelor degree become
beneficial to your role in your community?
- What do think your contributions to the classroom
will be?
- Send your resume to the scholarship committee (see
link below).
- Once we have received your submission, we will be in
touch to ask you to fill out the Chancellor University application. This
is a requirement of the scholarship process.
